Background
Robert has a unique background as a practitioner
in top level management and as a consultant university lecturer
in postgraduate management education. He has followed three career
paths. Robert spent 20 years in the health care industry with Hi-Tech
multinationals in Sales, Marketing and General Management. He followed
this with 5 years lecturing at Monash University. During this time
Robert developed his consulting career and 6 years ago started Top
Line Consulting Pty Ltd where he is Principal Partner specialising
in revenue development through better strategic business planning,
sales and marketing strategies.
Robert continues to teach marketing, entrepreneurship
and management in three prestigious MBA programs. He is currently
completing doctoral research into strategic planning for eCommerce
enterprises.
Robert combines his extensive experience
as a practising manager with an understanding of how to turn theory
into cutting edge practical tools and implementation strategies
to enable managers to meet the challenges confronting business today.
He is an accomplished presenter and regularly conducts programs
in selling, negotiation and persuasive business presentations.

Master of Business (Marketing) Monash University,
Bachelor of Business (Marketing ) Chisholm Institute of Technology,
Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, Fellow of the Australian
Sales Institute, Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of
Management, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors
and Fellow of the Academy of Marketing Science. Robert is a teaching
fellow of the Australian Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Personal
Hobbies include Scuba diving, tropical aquarium
fish, and classical music. He also enjoys chess (despite being a
consistent loser!) and cooking and follows the AFL when his team
is winning.
